One of the most important things we can do to improve our health is to educate ourselves on our specific health needs. This begins with understanding that no two of us are alike; therefore, no two of us have the same dietary needs, or the same immune systems, or any host of other things. For example, some of us cannot eat tomatoes, others of us cannot eat wheat products, and none of us can eat pork products without accumulating systemic toxins. Because each of us is different, we need to learn how to eat and rest properly by testing what works for ourselves and what does not. If we are sick, for example, it is because we have not been treating ourselves properly; therefore, our immune systems are not effectively doing their jobs, and the primary area we treat ourselves incorrectly is through diet. We overload ourselves with toxins, and this over-burdens our immune systems. |
